Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in off-page SEO
- You’re a team player and have excellent and transparent communication skills, both internally and externally
- The ability to work independently and stay organised
- You enjoy interacting with clients and take responsibility for your projects
- A proactive approach, with the confidence to share and pursue innovative ideas
- Solid skills in common SEO tools like ahrefs, Google Search Console and Sistrix
- Strong communication skills in both German and English
- Commitment to staying up to date in the fast-paced and ever-changing SEO landscape

Here’s what happens after your application.
- Step 1 – Review We review the documents you have submitted and consult with the relevant department.
- Step 2 – Initial interview In the second step, we would like to invite you to a first meeting. The interview will take place with the HR department and a team leader.
- Step 3 – Second interview and, if applicable, trial assignment Depending on the position in question, you will receive a trial assignment from us that simulates a typical situation from our day-to-day work. In the subsequent second interview, which preferably takes place in our office, the task is discussed and evaluated.
- Step 4 – Getting to know the team We would like to invite you to our office again to get to know the team and our founders. Afterwards, we will make you an offer and hope to have inspired you for Claneo.
