Leadership in an agile working world
Magdalena attaches great importance to working with the people and brands that inspire her. In 2017, she founded the online marketing agency Claneo together with her two previous colleagues Matthäus Michalik and Martin Grahl with the aim of actively reshaping the agency world. Her wish was to create an agency with a “feel-good atmosphere” and a working environment in which employees not only have a lot of freedom and trust, but also a friendly working atmosphere without an elbow mentality. Away from permanent overtime and excessive deadline and performance pressure, and towards a good work-life balance, strong team cohesion and motivated colleagues. After just 5 years, the team has already grown to over 80 experts. The agency is a valued partner of renowned corporations and brands as well as SMEs and start-ups, including Henkel, HelloFresh and Viessmann. To keep her finger on the pulse, Magdalena regularly partakes in trainings, including in the area of leadership. In 2020, for example, she was part of the TAM Academy’s Executive Leadership Program and was able to further develop her individual leadership style in line with an agile, digitalized working world.
For the digital industry, she would like to see more strong women who march to their own drum. Her motto is: “Be self-confident, express your opinion and dare to share your knowledge!”
