Martin Grahl has more than 15 years of experience in the HR sector and founded Claneo, one of the leading German agencies for international SEO and content marketing, with Magdalena Mues & Matthäus Michalik in 2017.
Martin has been working in online marketing since 2015 and not only advises start-ups, SMEs and corporations, but is also a sought-after speaker at conferences such as the OMR Festival or as a lecturer at the TH Wildau. He also appears as an author in specialist magazines, including Website Boosting, OMR and Marketing Börse.

How Claneo is setting new standards for employers in the digital industry
In 2017, Martin founded the online marketing agency Claneo together with his colleagues Magdalena Mues and Matthäus Michalik. Upon founding the company, their goal was to actively reshape the agency world and create a working environment in which a work-life balance is possible without losing the professionalism and service quality of a service provider. Within just a few years, the founders and their team of 80+ experts have succeeded in building one of Germany’s leading online marketing agencies for international search and content marketing. Claneo is a valued partner of renowned corporations and brands as well as SMEs and start-ups, including Henkel, HelloFresh, Bosch, Birkenstock and Viessmann, among others.
Visions and challenges
In addition to online marketing, Martin is particularly interested in the area of people and culture. As a licensed trainer for the STRUCTOGRAM® training system and Master of Modern Leadership (TAM Academy), Martin is not only involved in the further development of services, but also in promoting Claneo’s managers and maintaining the corporate culture.
